IS KTM MACHINES, THE REASON BEHIND ACCIDENTS? no

IS KTM MACHINES, THE REASON BEHIND ACCIDENTS?

People recently blaming the KTM machines because of accidents. Already so many KTM bike accidents are reported and so obviously the crowd points their finger to this machines. But, is it really true? Is the KTM machine responsible for all the accidents? Well! The answer is NO!

The Austrian company KTM introduces some bikes recently and from the day one, it has been a huge success. They came with Duke 200, Duke 390. After that they introduced the faired edition of these two bikes with the name RC200 & RC390.
Most of the accident happend is with the 390s. Lets see why!!
These bikes which mentioned above is purely perfomance bikes. Unlike other bikes in this category, these bikes has a very good acceleration. The 43bhp 390 series had the most craziest acceleration. They can clock 100kmph within 6 seconds. No other bikes in this price range will perform like this.
Since this bikes are available in this price, people will definitely go after this rides.
If the people upgrade from 100cc commuter bikes to this kind of performance bike, accidents will not be a surprise. The 390s acceleration is similar to a 250bhp car. After 5000rpm the engine performs much well. The adrenaline rush obviously will be high and the rider will try to some crazy moves. This may leads to accidents. Even in big traffic, the rider carelessly rides this machines and make fun. If something goes wrong for a moment, you may have to pay your soul for that. It is not possible to break in a very short distance when you speeds at 120+ kmph. Sudden careless breaking will makes the bike out of control and you cant do anything at that point. So if you ride in high speeds, you have to be much more careful and concentrate. If you enjoy the speeding only, nothing can save you from what coming next.

Many of the people blame the braking system of KTM. But KTM comes with best quality breaks and it offers a very short stopping distance. The improper breaking by the rider is the reason behind accident. Even in non-abs bikes, you can control your bike if you brake your bike properly.

Another reason for the accidents is the cornering. If you corners your machine with very high speed, then how can you blamw KTM for that? You should slow down before curves, achieve proper speed for the curve and corner your ride gently. Gear down shifting while cornering will also makes the bike to loose the control because of engine breaking. So you have to down the gears before you perform in the curve.

The next thing you have to do is, dont start rush riding from the day you purchase the KTM machine. You should ride small distances several time in proper speed and be familiar with the machine. Because, the previous bike you may used have much more difference with the KTM bikes in terms of performance. So select the KTM ride only if you deserve.

And the last point is ‘Should Wear Helmet’. Some of the owners dead in accidents because of the head injury. KTM or any other brand is not at all responsible for this kinds of deaths. If you are a true rider, you should wear a good quality helmet. So wear the helmet instead of blaming the machine!

All the point mentioned above is from the reviews from several KTM owners they are still riding safe. ‘Automechtic’ post this article because recently, so many posts saw in social media that the ‘KTM is a Killer Machine’. You need to understand the truth that the Rider is the reason behind accidents, not the Ride!
Wear helmet and Ride safe!
Share it to your circle! Cheers!

MAKKAH — Work started on Thursday for the installation of the world’s largest folding umbrella in the northern courtyard of the Grand Mosque in Makkah.

This is the first of the eight high-tech giant umbrellas and 54 small ones to be installed in the Grand Mosque in the coming six months.

Being manufactured in Germany, each canopy will consist of a giant clock, screens of guidelines for worshippers, air-conditioners, and surveillance cameras. Each umbrella will have a height of 45 meters and weigh 16 tons. It will give shade to an area of 2,400 square meters when open.

Some 25 engineers, specialist technicians, and safety experts from Germany will supervise the installation process and electronic operating mechanism. Another 54 small umbrellas will also be installed in the northern courtyard, covering a total area of 19,200 square meters. As part of the project, 122 benches for worshippers to take rest as well as service buildings will be built. The infrastructure work for the installation of canopies have already started.

The entire northern plaza stretching from King Fahd Expansion structure to the King Abdullah Expansion structure of the mosque will have canopies when the project is completed. The shaded area will have the capacity to accommodate around 400,000 worshippers.

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques is supervising the project, in cooperation with specialists from the Ministry of Education and the contracting company, which is implementing the largest ever expansion of Islam’s holiest site.

In December 2014, a few weeks before his death, King Abdullah ordered the installation of umbrellas in the courtyards surrounding the Grand Mosque.

Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, head of the presidency, announced then that the King’s order came to provide shading for external plazas, in addition to the areas approved in the King Abdullah Expansion project, with an additional area estimated at 275,000 square meters. More than 300 canopies will provide shade from the sun to the visitors of the Grand Mosque, he said.

Nearly 250 similar umbrellas have been installed on the plazas around the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah earlier. Like blooming flowers, the umbrellas are programmed to fold and unfold in minutely delayed sequence to avoid collision between their moving parts. Their near-silent operation is automatically aligned with changes in the daily temperature. They open each morning, creating a translucent ceiling, and retract each evening in less than three minutes.

In summer, the open umbrellas provide daytime shade and reflect away much of the sun’s radiant energy. When closed at night, they allow residual heat absorbed by the stone floors and walls to escape back into the atmosphere. The process is reversed in winter. When temperatures are relatively low, umbrellas are closed during the day to allow the winter sun to warm the site, and opened at night to retain heat near ground level.

Massive raids on mobile shops across the Kingdom

Massive raids on mobile shops across the Kingdom

Ministry of Labor

RIYADH – Inspection teams from the Ministry of Labor, in coordination with the security forces, have started raids on mobile phone sales outlets and maintenance shops across the Kingdom, prior to enforcing total Saudization of the sector in six months.

The teams inspected thousands of shops and recorded several violations. Punitive measures have been taken against the shops and workers who violated the labor and residency regulations, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The main purpose of the inspection visits was to officially inform owners about the ministry’s decision to fully Saudize the shops in phases. The inspectors visited more than 900 shops in the provinces of Makkah, Madinah, Asir and the Eastern Province.

In the northern Al-Jouf region, 306 shops were raided and more than 165 shops served warning notice. A total of 28 violations were discovered during the raids.

Abdulaziz Al-Ruwaili, director general of the ministry’s branch in Al-Jouf, said the teams inspected shops in the cities of Sakaka, Doumat Al-Jandal, Qurayyat and Tabarjal.

“The ministry’s branch is keen to take punitive measures against violators of the labor regulations in any sector. The security campaign will continue until June 6 (Ramadan 1), which is the deadline for 50 percent Saudization in the mobile phone sales and maintenance sector,” he said, adding that these measures have been taken to reiterate the ministry’s determination to create more and more jobs for Saudi male and female jobseekers.

Ibrahim Al-Zulfan, director general of the ministry’s branch in Al-Baha, said inspection teams raided many mobile shops in Qalwa governorate and penal actions were taken against several violators.

Meanwhile, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs Abdullatief Al-Asheikh said the decision to implement total Saudization of the mobile phone sector will push forward the wheel of the Kingdom’s economic development and enable more young Saudi men and women to enter the job market and gain attractive income.

Last week, Minister of Labor Mufrej Al-Haqbani issued orders for the total Saudization of all sales outlets and maintenance shops of mobile phones and their accessories within six months.

As per the new directive, mobile sales and maintenance shops will have to replace all expatriate workers with Saudis within a period of six months, starting from Sept. 3 (Dhul Hijjah 1). Al-Haqbani said the new decision would be implemented in cooperation with the ministries of commerce and industry, municipal and rural affairs, and communications and information technology. The ministry said the decision will be implemented in all regions and cities of the Kingdom without exception and it will be applicable to shops of all sizes.

The authorities have started providing training for young Saudi men and women to enable them to take up jobs in the sector.
