சர்வதேச இலக்கிய விழாவா ? சல்மான் ருஷ்டிக்கு விளம்பர விழாவா ?

ஜெய்ப்பூரில் நடைபெற்ற சர்வதேச இலக்கிய விழாவில் பெண் பித்தனும்> சர்வதேச எழுத்து விபச்சாரனுமாகிய சல்மான் ருஷ்டி வந்து கலந்து கொள்ள முடியாததற்கு கொலை மிரட்டல் என்ற கரடியை அவிழ்த்து விட்டதை நம்பிய அவரைப் போன்ற ஹரி குன்ஸூரு> அமிதவ் குமார் என்ற எழுத்து வியாபாரிகள் சாத்தான் ருஷ்டி ஏற்கனவே உளறிய சாத்தானின் கவிதைகளில் சில வரிகளை அவருக்கு பதிலாக விழா ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் தடுத்தும் தடையை மீறி விழாமேடையில் வாசித்துள்ளனர்.

தடை செய்யப்பட்ட சிமி போன்ற அமைப்புகள் அல்லது மும்பை நிழல் உலக தாதாக்கள் தன்னை கொலை செய்;யக்கூடும் என்று உளவுத் துறை முன்கூட்டியே தகவல் கொடுத்திருந்தக் காரணத்தால் தான் தன்னால் வந்து கலந்து கொள்ள முடியவில்லை என்று விழாவைப் புறக்கனித்தற்கான காரணத்தை சாத்தான் ருஷ்டி கூறி உள்ளார்.

ஆனால் இவரை விட இஸ்லாத்தை கீழ்தரமான நடையில் எழுதியதுடன் பெண்ணினத்தை அழிவிற்கு இழுத்துச் செல்லும் நச்சுக் கருத்துக்களை இஸ்லாமியப் பெண்கள் மத்தியில் பரப்பிய இஸ்லாமியப் பெயர் தாங்;கிய தஸ்லீமா நஸ்ரீன் 1994ல் வங்க தேசத்திலிருந்து விரட்டப்பட்டப் பின் உலகின் பல நாடுகளில் தங்கிவிட்டு இறுதியாக இந்தியாவுக்கு குடியேறுவதாக அறிவித்ததும் இப்பொழுது பத்திரிகைகள் இவருக்கு கிளப்பி விட்ட பீதியை விட அப்பொழுது அவருக்கும் பீதியைக் கிளப்பி விட்டன. ஆனால் அந்த அச்சுருத்தலை பொருட்படுத்தாமல் அவர் இந்தியாவுக்குள் வந்தார்.

ஒருப் பெண்ணுக்கு இருந்த துணிச்சல் கூட இந்த ஆண் தொடை நடுங்கிக்கு இருக்கவில்லை என்பது எழுத்து வியாபாரிகளுக்கு மத்தியில் மிகப் பெரிய ஒரு இழுக்காகும். இந்த பேடித் தனத்தைத் தான் மேல்படி விழாவில் அவர்கள் பேசி இருக்க வேண்டும்.

உயிரை துச்சமெனக் கருதி சர்வதேச இலக்கிய விழாவிற்கு வருகை தர மறுத்த இவரது பேடித் தனத்தை பேசுவதை விட்டு பொய்களைப் புணைந்து சாத்தானின் கவிதைகள் எனும் பெயரில் அவர் ஏற்கனவே எடுத்த வாந்தியை ஹரி குன்ஸூரு> அமிதவ் குமார் விழுங்கி விழா மேடையில் உமிழ்ந்துள்ளனர்;.

விளம்பரமே பிரதான நோக்கம்.
சாத்தான் ருஷ்டி எழுதிய சாத்தானின் கவிதைகளுக்குப் பிறகு அவர் எழுதிய பிற நூல்கள் அவ்வளவாக உலகச் சந்தையில் விலை போக வில்லை அதனால் மீண்டும் தன்னுடையப் புத்தகங்கள் விலை போக வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக ஜெய்ப்பூர் இலக்கிய விழா மேடையை ஹரி குன்ஸூரு> அமிதவ் குமாரைக் கொண்டு விளம்பர மேடையாக மாற்றி உள்ளார்.

விழா முடிந்தப் பின் எனக்கு எந்த கொலை மிரட்டலும் இல்லை உளவுத்துறை கூறியதாக வேண்டுமென்றே என்னை ராஜஸ்தான் அரசு பொய் சொல்லித் தடுத்து விட்டது என்று விளம்பரத்துக்காக அடுத்த அந்தர் பல்டி அடித்தார்.

விளம்பரத்துக்காக இவர் அடித்த அந்தர் பல்டி ஆகாச பல்டியைப் பார்த்த ராஜஸ்தான் அரசு இறதியாக இவருக்கு வீடியோ கான்ஃபரன்சிங்கில் பேசக் கொடுத்த சான்ஸையும் ரத்துப் பண்ணி விட்டது.

அவரது அடுத்தப் புத்தகம் யூத, கிறுத்தவ சந்தையில் விற்பனை சூடு பிடிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக அவரது ட்விட்டரில் மேல்படி அவரது இரு விளம்பர தாரரையும் ஆஹா! ஓஹோ! என்றுப் புகழ்ந்துத் தள்ளியதுடன் நில்லாமல் என்னை எதிர்த்து மதப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்யும் முஸ்லீம்களுக்குத் துணிவிருந்தால் இஸ்ரேலில் சென்று மதப் பிரச்சாரம் செய்து பார்க்கட்டும் என்றும் விதண்டாவாதம் எழுதி உள்;ளார்.

இதையே திருப்பி நாம் அவரை கேட்கின்றோம் துணிவிருந்தால் பிரிட்டனில் இருந்து கொண்டே கிருஸ்தவ மதத்தை எதிர்த்து எழுதி புத்தகத்தை விற்பனை செய்து பார்க்கட்டும். புத்தகம் விற்பனை ஆவது அடுத்ததாக இருக்கட்டும் இவர் அங்கு இருக்க முடியுமா ? என்பதை முதலாவதாக சிந்திக்கட்டும்.

கிறுத்தவ மதத்தை எதிர்த்து எழுத ஒன்றுமில்லை என்று இவரால் மனசாட்சிக்கு திரையிட்டுக் கூற முடியுமா ? அவ்வாறெனில் புரட்டட்டும் உன்னதப்பாட்டு அத்தியாயத்தை ! துணிவிருந்தால் எழுதட்டும் பைபிள் பவுலின் கவிதைகள் என்று.

முடியாது பணத்துக்காகவும், படா டோப வாழ்க்கைக்காகவும் தான் பெண் பித்தனாகிய சாத்தான் ருஷ்டி பிரிட்டனில் தஞ்சம் புகுந்து மேற்காணும் ஈனச் செயலில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகிறார் என்பதை மொத்த உலகும் அறியும்.

ஒரு மருத்துவர் தாக்கப்பட்டால் நியாய> அநியாயம் பாராமல் மொத்த மருத்துவர்களும் கூடிக் குரலெழுப்புவது> ஒரு காவலர் தாக்கப்பட்டால் நியாய> அநியாயம் பாராமல் மொத்த காவலர்களும் கூடிக் குரலெழுப்புவது> ஒரு எழுத்தர் விமர்சிக்கப்;பட்டால் நியாய> அநியாயம் பாராமல் மொத்த எழுத்தர்களும் கூடிக் குரலெழுப்பும் போக்கு படித்தவர்கள் மத்தியிலும் ஊடுருவி வருவது மிகப் பெரும் ஆபத்தானதாகும்.

When we offer Sajda, the Abdominal Diaphragm presses against the lower lobes of our lungs and as we inhale and exhale during Sajda this 1/3rd Residual Air is also breathed out and this improves our Concentration and Confidence.

The Rukoo Posture stretches the vertebra and cures us of the Diseases of the Vertebra.

Further, when we are in the Jalsa(Sitting Position) in Salaah and Stand up, we are also exercising the Calf Muscles which act as a Peripheral Heart and Pumps Blood to the Lower parts of our body. It is similar to the Sitting Position called as Vajrasana in Yoga, which cures us of the Diseases of the Knee namely Arthritis and Joint pains.

Ans:
1. Diet – Less of carbohydrate, more of protein, less oil

Ans: No

gets a cardiac arrest. How do we understand it in perspective?

Ans: This is called silent attack; that is why we recommend everyone past the age of 30 to undergo routine health checkups.

Qn: Are heart diseases hereditary?

Ans: Yes

Qn: What are the ways in which the heart is stressed? What practices do you suggest to de-stress?

Ans: Change your attitude towards life. Do not look for perfection in everything in life.

Qn: Is walking better than jogging or is more intensive exercise required to keep a healthy heart?

Ans: Walking is better than jogging since jogging leads to early fatigue and injury to joints

Ans: Extremely rare

Qn: Does cholesterol accumulates right from an early age
(I’m currently only 22) or do you have to worry about it only after you are above 30 years of age?

Ans: Cholesterol accumulates from childhood.

Qn: How do irregular eating habits affect the heart ?

Ans: You tend to eat junk food when the habits are irregular and your body’s enzyme release for digestion gets confused.

Qn: How can I control cholesterol content without using medicines?

Ans: Control diet, walk and eat walnut.

Qn: Can yoga prevent heart ailments?

Ans: Yoga helps.

Qn: Which is the best and worst food for the heart?

Ans: Fruits and vegetables are the best and the worst is oil.

Qn: Which oil is better – groundnut, sunflower, olive?

Ans: All oils are bad .

Qn: What is the routine checkup one should go through? Is there any specific test?

Ans: Routine blood test to ensure sugar, cholesterol is ok. Check BP, Treadmill test after an echo.

Qn: What are the first aid steps to be taken on a heart attack?

Ans: Help the person into a sleeping position , place an aspirin tablet under the tongue with a sorbitrate tablet if available, and rush him to a coronary care unit since the maximum casualty takes place within the first hour.

Qn: How do you differentiate between pain caused by a heart attack and that caused due to gastric trouble?

Ans: Extremely difficult without ECG.

Qn: What is the main cause of a steep increase in heart problems amongst youngsters? I see people of about 30-40 yrs of age having heart attacks and serious heart problems.

Ans: Increased awareness has increased incidents. Also, s edentary lifestyles, smoking, junk food, lack of exercise in a country where people are genetically three times more vulnerable for heart attacks than Europeans and Americans.

Qn: Is it possible for a person to have BP outside the normal range of 120/80 and yet be perfectly healthy?

Ans: Yes.

Qn: Marriages within close relatives can lead to heart problems for the child. Is it true?

Ans : Yes, co-sanguinity leads to congenital abnormalities and you may not have a software engineer as a child

Qn: Many of us have an irregular daily routine and many a times we have to stay late nights in office. Does this affect our heart ? What precautions would you recommend?

Ans : When you are young, nature protects you against all these irregularities. However, as you grow older, respect the biological clock.

Qn: Will taking anti-hypertensive drugs cause some other complications (short / long term)?

Ans : Yes, most drugs have some side effects. However, modern anti-hypertensive drugs are extremely safe.

Qn: Will consuming more coffee/tea lead to heart attacks?

Ans : No.

Qn: Are asthma patients more prone to heart disease?

Ans : No.

Qn: How would you define junk food?

Ans : Fried food like Kentucky , McDonalds , samosas, and even masala dosas.

Qn: You mentioned that Indians are three times more vulnerable. What is the reason for this, as Europeans and Americans also eat a lot of junk food?

Ans: Every race is vulnerable to some disease and unfortunately, Indians are vulnerable for the most expensive disease.

Qn: Does consuming bananas help reduce hypertension?

Ans : No.

Qn: Can a person help himself during a heart attack (Because we see a lot of forwarded emails on this)?

Ans : Yes. Lie down comfortably and put an aspirin tablet of any description under the tongue and ask someone to take you to the nearest coronary care unit without any delay and do not wait for the ambulance since most of the time, the ambulance does not turn up.

Qn: Do, in any way, low white blood cells and low hemoglobin count lead to heart problems?

Ans : No. But it is ideal to have normal hemoglobin level to increase your exercise capacity.

Qn: Sometimes, due to the hectic schedule we are not able to exercise. So, does walking while doing daily chores at home or climbing the stairs in the house, work as a substitute for exercise?

Ans : Certainly. Avoid sitting continuously for more than half an hour and even the act of getting out of the chair and going to another chair and sitting helps a lot.

Qn: Is there a relation between heart problems and blood sugar?

Ans: Yes. A strong relationship since diabetics are more vulnerable to heart attacks than non-diabetics.

Qn: What are the things one needs to take care of after a heart operation?

Ans : Diet, exercise, drugs on time , Control cholesterol, BP, weight.

Qn: Are people working on night shifts more vulnerable to heart disease when compared to day shift workers?

Ans : No.

Qn: What are the modern anti-hypertensive drugs?

Ans : There are hundreds of drugs and your doctor will chose the right combination for your problem, but my suggestion is to avoid the drugs and go for natural ways of controlling blood pressure by walk, diet to
reduce weight and changing attitudes towards lifestyles.

Qn: Does dispirin or similar headache pills increase the risk of heart attacks?

Ans : No.

Qn: Why is the rate of heart attacks more in men than in women?

Ans : Nature protects women till the age of 45.(Present Global census show that the Percentage of heart disease in women has increased than in men )
Qn: How can one keep the heart in a good condition?

Ans : Eat a healthy diet, avoid junk food, exercise everyday, do not smoke and, go for health checkup s if you are past the age of 30 ( once in six months recommended) ….

ஒரு நேரம், ஒரு நாள், ஒரு மாதம் எல்லோருக்கும் நன்மை செய்யக்கூடியது என்று நம்புவதும், அல்லது எல்லோருக்கும் கெடுதி செய்யக்கூடியது என்று நம்புவதும், இறைவன் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ள நியதிக்கு மாற்றமானதாகும். ஒருவருக்கு மிகவும் நன்மைகள் வந்தடைந்த நாள், இன்னொருவனுக்கு கேடுகள் வந்தடைந்த நாளாக இருப்பதைத் தான் நடைமுறையில் நாம் காண முடிகிறது. ஒரு நாளில் ஒருவருக்கு அழகான குழந்தை பிறந்திருக்கும்; அவருக்குப் பக்கத்து வீட்டில் உள்ள ஒருவர் அதே நாளில் மரணமடைந்திருப்பார். நல்லநாள் என்று ஒன்று இருக்குமானால் உலக மக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அந்த நாளில் நல்லவையே நடக்க வேண்டும்; கெட்ட நாள் என்று ஒன்று இருக்குமானால் உலக மக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அந்த நாளில் கெட்டவை மட்டுமே சம்பவிக்க வேண்டும். எந்த நாளாக இருந்தாலும் அதில் சிலருக்கு நல்லவை ஏற்படுவதும், சிலருக்கு கெட்டவை ஏற்படுவதும் தான் நடைமுறை உண்மை. இதைப் புரிந்து கொள்ள பெரிய ஆதாரம் தேவையில்லை. தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையிலேயே அனைவரும் அனுபவரீதியாக உணர முடியும்.

ஸஃபர் மாதத்தில் நபியவர்கள் நோய் வாய்ப் பட்டதினால் அந்த மாதமே பீடை மாதம் என்றால், ஸஃபர் மாதத்தில் நபியவர்கள் மேற்கொண்ட ஹிஜ்ரத் பயணம் மகத்தான வெற்றியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளதே. அந்த பயணத்திற்குப் பின்பு தான், இஸ்லாம் தனக்கென ஒரு நாட்டையே நிறுவ முடிந்தது; சிந்திக்க தெரிந்தவர்களுக்கு இவை போதுமானதாகும். இதே ஸஃபர் மாதத்தின் இறுதி புதன்கிழமையில் தான் நபியவர்கள் குணமடைந்து குளித்தார்களாம். அதனால் நாமும் ஒடுக்கத்துப் புதன் அன்று குளித்து நமது முஸீபத்துக்களை நீக்க வேண்டுமாம். இந்த மூட நம்பிக்கையின் பெயரால் பல மடமைகள் நடக்கின்றன. அதாவது அன்றைய தினம் கடல், குளம், ஏரி, அருவி போன்ற நீர்நிலைகளில் குளிப்பது, பனை ஓலை, பீங்கான் தட்டுகளில் ஏதேதோ எழுதி கரைத்துக் குடிப்பது போன்ற நடவடிக்கைகள் இஸ்லாத்திற்கு நேர் எதிரானதாகும். அந்த நளை பீடை நாள் என்று ஒதுக்குவது அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு இணை வைப்பதான செயலாகும்.

அல்லாஹ் கூறுவதாக நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள். ஆதமின் மகன் என்னை வருத்தப்படுத்துகிறான். (அதாவது) காலத்தை அவன் திட்டுகிறான். ஆனால் நானோ காலமாக இருக்கிறேன். காலத்தின் அனைத்து அதிகார மும் என் கைவசமே உள்ளது. இரவையும் பகலையும் நானே மாறி மாறி வரச் செய்கிறேன். அறிவிப்பாளர்: அபூ ஹுரைரா(ரழி) நூல்: புகாரி 5/4826, 6/6181.

அறியாமைக் கால அரபு மக்கள் எது நடந்தாலும் அதைக் காலத்துடன் இணைத்துப் பேசுவதை வழக்கமாகக் கொண்டிருந்தனர். காலம்-தான் அவரை அழித்து விட்டது; மோசமான காலம்; நாசமான காலம் என்றெல்லாம் அறியாமைக்கால மக்கள் பேசி வந்தனர். காலம் என்பது சம்பவங்கள் நிகழும் ஒரு நேரமே தவிர, அதற்கு ஆக்குகின்ற, அழிக்கின்ற ஆற்றல் எதுவும் கிடையாது. இரவு பகல் மாற்றமே காலமாகும். அப்படியிருக்க, ஒருவர் காலத்தை சபிக்கின்றார் என்றால், காலமாற்றத்தை உருவாக்கும், ஆக்கத்தையும், அழிவையும் ஏற்படுத்தும் அல்லாஹ்வையே அவர் சபிக்கின்றார் என்று அர்த்தம். அல்லாஹ்வை அவர் சபிப்பதன் மூலம் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு எந்த தீங்கையும் அவர் ஏற்படுத்திட முடியாது என்றாலும், அல்லாஹ்வின் கோபத்திற்கு அவர் ஆளாகித் தமக்கு தாமே தீங்கிழைத்துக் கொள்கிறார். எனவே தான் அல்லாஹ் நானே காலமாக இருக்கிறேன், அதாவது கால மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகின்றவன் என்கிறான். ஒருபோதும் அல்லாஹ் விதித்ததைத் தவிர (வேறு ஒன்றும்) எங்களை அணுகாது. அவன் தான் எங்கள் பாதுகாவலன் என்று (நபியே) கூறுவீராக! (அல்குர்ஆன் 9:51)

அல்லாஹ்வின் விதியை மாற்றக் கூடிய ஆற்றல் கடல், குளம், ஏரி, அருவிகளில் குளிப்பது, மற்றும் ஓலை, தட்டுகளில் எழுதி கரைத்துக் குடிப்பது இவற்றில் இருப்பதாக நம்புவது ஷிர்க் (இணை வைத்தல்) ஆகும். குறிப்பிட்ட தினத்தில் முஸீபத்து இறங்கினாலோ, அவற்றின் பரிகாரமாக ஏதாவது செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றிருந்தாலோ நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களை விட வேறு யார் அதை அறிவித்துத் தர முடியும்? ஏனெனில் (இறை நம்பிக்கையாளர்கள்) உங்களிலிருந்து ஒரு தூதர் உங்களிடம் வந்திருக்கிறார். நீங்கள் துன்பப்படுவது அவருக்கு மிக்க வருத்தத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும். மேலும் அவர் உங்கள் மீது அதிக அக்கறை உள்ளவர். இறைநம்பிக்கையளர்கள் மீது கருணையும் இரக்கமும் உடையவர் என்று அல்லாஹ் தனது நெறி நூலாகிய அல்குர்ஆனில் தவ்பா என்ற 9வது அத்தியாயத்தில் 128வது வசனத்தில் கூறுவதை சிந்திப்பீர்களாக!

அகில உலகத்திற்கு அருட்கொடையாக அனுப்பப்பட்டவர், நம்பிக்கையாளர்கள் மீது இரக்கமுடையவர், நம்பிக்கையாளர்கள் துன்பப்படுவதை சகிக்காதவர் இந்த நாளின் முஸீபத்தை பற்றி அறிவிக்காமல் சென்றுவிட் டார்களா?

சின்ன நகஸு(சு), பெரிய நகஸு(சு) என்றெல்லாம் கணித்து மக்களுக்குத் தொண்டு(?) செய்கிறோம் என்று கூறுகின்றவர்களும், பால்கிதாபு, மோர்கிதாபு என்று சொல்லி மக்களை மடமையிலேயே நீடித்திருக்க வைக்கும் முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளவர்களும் கொஞ்சம் சிந்திப்பீர்களாக!
அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் தெளிவு படுத்தியுள்ளார்கள்: என்மீது சொல்லப்படும் பொய் (உங்களில்) ஒருவரின் மீது சொல்லப்படும் பொய்யைப் போன்ற தன்று, யார் என் மீது வேண்டுமென்றே பொய்யுரைக்கிறாரோ அவர் தன் இருப்பிடத்தை நரகத்தில் ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளட்டும்!
சொல்லப்படும் பொய்யைப் போன்றதன்று, யார் என் மீது வேண்டுமென்றே பொய்யுரைக்கிறாரோ அவர் தன் இருப்பிடத்தை நரகத்தில் ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளட்டும்! அறிவிப்பாளர்: முகீரா(ரழி) புகாரி: 1291

ஒடுக்கத்துப் புதனுக்கு சொல்லபப்படுகின்ற காரணமே முதலில் சரியில்லை:
ஸஃபர் மாதத்தின் இறுதியில் குளித்து நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் குணமடைந்தது பூரண குணமல்லவே, அதற்கு இருவாரங்கள் கழித்து அவர்கள் மரணத்தைத் தழுவிக் கொண்டனரே! (இன்னாலில்லாஹி…) சரியான அறிவிப்பின் படி வியாழக்கிழமை அன்று குளித்து விட்டு, மறுநாள் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை அன்று மக்களுக்கு நீண்ட பிரசங்கம் (ஜும்ஆ) செய்தார்கள் என்று தானே உள்ளது (ஆதாரம்: அல்பிதாயா, வன்னி ஹாயா) இந்த அடிப்படையில் ஓடுக்கத்து வியாழன் என்றெல்லவா சொல்ல வேண்டும்?

அன்றைய அரபு மக்கள் ஷவ்வால் மாதத்தை பீடை மாதமாகக் கருதி இருந்தனர். அந்த நாளில் எந்த நல்ல காரியங்களையும் நடத்தாது இருந்தனர். மடமை எண்ணத்தை தகர்த்தெறியும் வகையில் அறிவுப் பேரொளி அன்னை ஆயிஷா(ரழி) அவர்கள், நான் ஷவ்வாலில் தான் திருமண முடிக்கப்பட்டேன். ஷவ்வாலில் தான் என் இல்லறத்தைத் துவங்கினேன். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களுக்கு என்னை விட உகந்த மனைவியாக யார் இருந்தார்கள்? என்று கூறினார்கள். ஆதாரம்: முஸ்லிம், அஹ்மத்.

………..நீங்கள் பீடை மாதம் என்று நினைத்துக் கொண்டு இருக்கின்ற ஷவ்வாலில் திருமணம் முடித்த நான் எவ்வளவு மகிழ்வோடு வாழ்ந்து இருக்கிறேன் என்று அன்னை ஆயிஷா (ரழி) கேட்டது இன்று ஸஃபர் மாதத்தை பீடையாகக் கருதுவோருக்கு பொருந்தாதா? சிந்தியுங்கள்!

இப்படி அடுக்கடுக்கான கேள்விகள் இந்த ஒடுக்கத்து புதனில் புதைந்து இருக்கின்றன. இக்கேள்விகள் அனைத்தும் சாதாரணமானவை அல்ல; இறை நம்பிக்கையா? இறை நிராகரிப்பா (குஃப்ரா)? என்பதை எடை போடும் ஜீவாதார மான கேள்விகள்.

எனவே ஒடுக்கத்து புதனை ஓரங்கட்டுவோம்; அதன் நிழலில் கூட நிற்க மாட்டோம் என சபதம் ஏற்போம். அல்லாஹ் போதுமானவன்.

உடலில் உள்ள அதிகப்படியான கொழுப்பை கரைத்து ஆரோக்கியத்தை அதிகரிப்பதில் அக்ரூட்டுக்கு முதலிடம் கொடுக்கின்றனர் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள். உடலில் கொழுப்பின் அளவு அதிகரித்தால் மாரடைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட இதய பாதிப்புகள் தாக்கும் அபாயம் ஏற்படும். உடல் பருமன் மற்றும் கொழுப்பு சத்தால் பாதிக்கப்படுவோர் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. இதற்கு உணவு முறைகளே முதல் காரணமாக கூறப்பட்டாலும் போதிய உடற்பயிற்சி இன்மையும் ஒரு காரணம். இந்நிலையில் இதுகுறித்து மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஆய்வு ஒன்றில் ‘வால்நட்’ எனப்படும் அக்ரூட் கொட்டை உடல் கொழுப்பை எளிதில் கரைத்து ஆரோக்கியத்தை அதிகரிப்பது கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. பென்சில்வேனியாவில் உள்ள ஸ்க்ராட்டன் பல்கலைக்கழக ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் இது தொடர்பாக ஆய்வு நடத்தினர். உடலில் கொழுப்பு அதிகம் இருந்த ஆண், பெண் ஏராளமானோர் வயது வித்தியாசமின்றி தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டனர். முதல்கட்ட பரிசோதனைகளை தொடர்ந்து ஒரு வார காலம் அக்ரூட் பருப்புகள் கொடுத்து கண்காணிக்கப்பட்டனர். அதன் பின்னர் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட சோதனையில் ரத்தத்தில் உள்ள கொழுப்பின் அளவு குறைந்திருந்தது. இதன்மூலம் கொழுப்பை அக்ரூட் கரைக்கும் என்பது உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டதாக ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர்.

ஆய்வு முடிவு குறித்து வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள தகவல்கள் வருமாறு: உடலில் கொழுப்புச்சத்து அளவாக இருப்பது அவசியம். உணவு முறைகளே உடலில் கொழுப்பு அதிகரிக்க முக்கிய காரணம். அக்ரூட், உடல் கொழுப்பை எளிதில் கரைக்கும் என்று கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளது. முந்திரி, பாதாம் உள்ளிட்ட சுமார் 7 வகையான கொட்டைகளுடன் ஒப்பிடும் போது அக்ரூட்டில்தான் ஆன்டி ஆக்சிடன்ட்கள் அதிகம் உள்ளது. குறிப்பாக பாலிபெனால் என்ற ஆன்டிஆக்சிடன்ட் அபரிமிதமாக இருப்பதுதான் இதற்கு காரணம். இவை கொழுப்பை எளிதில் கரைக்க வல்லது என்பதுடன் உடலின் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியையும் அதிகரிக்கும். இது நோய்த்தாக்குதலில் இருந்து பாதுகாப்பு அளித்து ஆரோக்கியத்துக்கு வகை செய்யும். உரிய உணவுக் கட்டுப்பாடு, உடற்பயிற்சி, மருத்துவ அறிவுரை மற்றும் சிகிச்சைகள் மூலம் உடல் கொழுப்பை கட்டுக்குள் வைத்திருக்க முடியும் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Keys back with the key-bearer

It was a bright dawn over Makkah. The Holy Prophet headed for the Harem to offer the post dawn optional prayers. In the course of a normal day he would do this in the spacious courtyard around the Kaaba (during the early years of prophethood).
But today he intended to do it inside Kaaba. He looked around for the key bearer Osman bin Talha. He could spot him lying on his side in the shade of a wall in a corner in Harem with his eyes half closed. “Osman” the Prophet jerked him slightly, “would you lend me the keys? I would like to pray inside the Kaaba.”
“Muhammad! Is it you who wants to pray inside the Kaaba? You know our deities line the walls inside. And you have been driving the people away from them all these years. Yet you have audacity to demand the keys.”
Prophet: “But Osman! You know that this House belongs to Allah, the One, the Almioghty. He is the One to be worshipped Alone. None else. I have no intention to defile the place. I merely intend to do the salah and get away. I mean no harm to your deities.”
Osman: “No, that is not acceptable to the Quraysh. We loathe your ways and manner of worshipping the God. There is no way you can be allowed inside. Thease keys can never be given to you.”
Prophet: “Osman, you are being arrogant. You are denying the right to worship of an individual. Kaaba is not yours. Nor does it belong to the Quraysh. It is for all those who have surrendered to Allah. It is the House of Allah, the One, invisible and the Almighty. Remember! A day will come when the keys of the Kaaba wil be in my hands. And I will give them to anyone I would like, insha Allah.”
Osman: “I am sure that day would never come. If at all it comes it would be a day of disgrace for the Quraysh.”
Prophet: “That will be a day of honor for the Qurayesh and it will be simply unforgettable.”
Years passed by. The Quraysh continued their policy of denying the entry to the Prophet and his followers into the Kaaba. Even Abu Talib, the old veteran among the Quraysh chieftains, could not persuade them to give up this haughty attitude. Persecution against the Prophet and his followers mounted to intolerable limits till they migrated to Yathrib.
The Prophet was welcomed with open arms by the people of Yathrib. The ranks of the Muslims kept swelling. Three wars with the Makkans finally altered the balance of power. The Makkans were compelled to come to terms with the rising force of Islam. The treaty at Hudaibiya ensured peace in the Arbian peninsula. It came as a morale booster for the Muslims. People began to enter the fold of Islam in large numbers. The Prophet stitched alliance with several tribes. The Makkans could no longer stop the tide. Within less than a year, they revoked the treaty of Hudaibiya. The Prophet led a contigent of 10,000 followers to Makkah. The plan was to liberate the Holy City from the Quraysh and sanitize and restore the Kaaba to the worship of One God. The Prophet declared general amnesty to all Makkan who remained in doors, who sought shelter in the Harem, in the house of Abu Sufian and all women and children and the old people.
By the evening the Makkah was taken over. There was no fighting, no bloodletting. The Prophet entered the Harem on a camel, bent low in supplication followed with thousands of Muslims in tow.
He demanded the keys of the Kaaba. Osman bin Talha was produced before him. He was shivering with fear. Osman vividly remembered the day he ridiculed the Prophet and denied the keys to him, The Prophet’s words were echoing into his ears: ‘Remember! A day will come when the keys of the Kaaba wil be in my hands. And I will give them to anyone I would like, insha Allah.”
The Prophet demanded the keys to be handed over to him. With his downcast gaze, Osman lifted the hands that held the keys,
A slight smile was playing across the Holy Prophet’s lips. Osman was in no position to see him eye to eye.
The Prophet took the keys, held it in his hands for a while and placed them back into the hands of Osman bin Talha. “Osman, you will continue to keep these keys. And it will remain with your family till the Day of Judgment. Nobody will ever take them away from your family.” Shame filled Osman’s face.
The keys of the Holy Kaaba remain with the descendants of the family of Osman bin Talha to this day.
